Water Damage to Commercial Building in Hebron, Kentucky

A broken water line to a vending machine in the break room of this commercial property in Hebron, Kentucky caused water damage and SERVPRO of Boone County was called to help. For the restoration of this room in the building, the water technicians extracted the water from the floors and detached the baseboards. They then drilled holes in the lower portion of the walls. This step helps allow for drying of the wall cavities. An anti-microbial agent was applied to all the surfaces in order to prevent a future mold issue. Air movers and dehumidifiers were set up and monitored for complete dry out. Once complete, all the equipment was removed and the process was complete.
