Flooding in Silver Grove, Kentucky

The owner of this property in Silver Grove, Kentucky contacted SERVPRO of Boone County after heavy storms left flooding in the basement. Our office staff took the notice of loss from the caller, obtaining the initial information regarding the water damage situation. Once the necessary information was recorded, our water technicians were dispatched to the site to assess the damage and begin the restoration process. For this project, it was necessary to remove the lower portions of the drywall and the carpeting because they were saturated with water. Once the demolition process was complete, the areas were thoroughly cleaned and air movers and dehumidifiers were set up and monitored. Once the dryout was complete, the home was ready for structural repairs to begin.
