Flooding in Union, Kentucky

When strong storms passed through Union, Kentucky, this home was affected by flooding and water damage. Several areas of the home were affected including a bedroom, family room, storage area and utility room. This emergency call came in after regular business hours and SERVPRO of Boone County was ready to help! For this dry out, the water technicians removed and disposed of the wet carpet pad. They extracted the water from the carpet and lifted it for complete drying. The after photo shows the wet area under the carpeting after it was lifted. Air movers and dehumidifiers were set up, monitored and then removed once the drying was complete.
