Water Damage in Union, Kentucky

The water damage at this home in Union, Kentucky was caused by a leaking refrigerator. As a result, the hard wood floors in the kitchen were saturated with water. It was determined by our professionals that the hard wood floors could not be saved. So for the restoration process, the crews removed all the flooring and bagged all debris for disposal. They detached the baseboards and the lower cabinets so that those areas could be effectively dried. Multiple air movers and a dehumidifier were then set up in the area and monitored until the dry out was complete. Once complete, the water technicians removed all the equipment and the area was prepared for the structural repairs to begin.
