Mold Damage in Florence, Kentucky

A property owner in Florence, Kentucky contacted SERVPRO of Boone County because he suspected mold was present in the bathroom. He wanted our technicians to perform a mold test and inspection in order to confirm his suspicion. As it turned out, there was a water leak behind the wall. As a result, the vanity and drywall had to be removed and in addition to mold remediation, the area needed dry-out services. The photos show the bathroom before and after the vanity and drywall were removed. It is clear to see that the property owner's suspicions were correct and there definitely was a mold issue in the bathroom!
